TRUSTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

  The Trustees of Schools are required to hold Regular Quarterly meetings on the first Monday of each calendar quarter: January, April, July and October. If such Monday falls on a holiday, then on the following Monday. Special meetings may be called at any time by the President or by two members. Four members constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
